The Fisherman

„I grew up nearby the lake and as a child, my mother used to take me to the saturday market to buy fish from the fisherman Wismer. I was allowed to go fishing with him once and eversince I was fascinated by this commercial relationship between human and lake. During our one day shoot, we captured the rough but (sometimes) rewarding nature of his work, being 78, going out on the lake at 4am everyday.“
